Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Agent based in Spring, TX, with some remote work flexibility. The Commercial Insurance Agent will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, securing and managing insurance policies, and developing tailored insurance solutions for commercial real estate clients. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, recommending customized coverage, liaising with insurance carriers, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Expertise in Insurance Brokerage and casualty insurance knowledge
Strong foundations in Insurance and Customer Service
Experience and skill in Sales
Ability to effectively communicate and develop trusted, professional relationships with clients
Proficiency in analyzing clients' requirements and delivering tailored insurance solutions
Licensure as an Insurance Agent or willingness to obtain necessary licensing as required by state regulations
