CLM Solutions Consultant — End-to-End Implementations

Role Descriptions
Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert.
Hands‑on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc.
Experience implementing signature tools such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc.
Well‑versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools.
Ability to create and maintain well‑written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation.
Excellent client‑facing written and oral communication skills.
Deliver end‑to‑end CLM implementations by assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit‑gap analysis.
Work with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, design scalable and reliable solutions, and manage the implementation development of the solution.
Serve as a liaison between the business and the development teams.
Refine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.
Lead and facilitate design workshops, document the output findings, create user stories, and obtain customer sign‑off.
Author and manage contract templates, manage clause libraries, workflow configurations, and other CLM configurations.
Recommend, contribute to, and apply CLM best practices.
Create clear and accurate training materials.
Conduct user training and/or Train‑The‑Trainer sessions.
Partner with executive project sponsors to promote user adoption.
Appropriately assess and communicate risks as well as alternative solutions where necessary.
