Senior Recruiter
to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and professional business functions. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s talent strategy, partnering closely with leadership to build high-performing teams and drive long-term hiring success.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong blend of technical recruiting expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence. $120,000-$150,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close.
Lead searches across a mix of roles, including engineering, product, IT, and other technical positions, as well as business-facing roles such as sales, customer support, marketing, and professional services.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define success profiles and advising on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent availability.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates, including outreach into competitor organizations and niche talent pools.
Build and maintain a strong network of active, passive, and “warm” candidates.
Develop talent pipelines and market maps aligned to both current and future hiring needs.
Challenge assumptions and bring creative, solution-oriented thinking to searches (e.g., adjusting scope, geography, or compensation strategy).
Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
Balance urgency with quality, ensuring thoughtful, long-term hiring decisions.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership on evolving hiring strategy as the organization scales.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with true ownership of searches
Strong experience recruiting for technical roles within a technology environment
A hybrid recruiter — comfortable balancing technical searches with generalist or higher-volume roles
A proactive “hunter” mindset with demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to challenge hiring managers and influence decision-making
Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with stakeholders, including senior leadership
Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and consultative
Strong judgment and discipline when hiring for long-term success
Must be willing and able to come into the office as needed
In-house recruiting experience within a scaling or high-growth environment preferred
Experience supporting distributed or multi-region teams preferred
