Direct Labor/Manufacturing Recruiting Coordinator
for 6 months to support a fast-paced light industrial manufacturing environment in
North Aurora, Illinois.
You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating 6+ direct labor hires per week, with an immediate project requiring 40–50 new hires. This is a dynamic, high-priority role with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring for direct labor roles across Illinois-based manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with staffing agencies to meet weekly hiring goals. Facilitate the transition of temporary workers into permanent positions. Maintain and adapt to a dynamic project plan with shifting priorities.
Ensure candidates meet baseline qualifications and align with company culture and expectations.
Skillset
1–3 years of experience in light industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities. Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, goal-driven, and adaptable to change.
Compensation $24.00-$27.00/hour.
