Senior Paralegal – Medical Device Industry

Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree required
Paralegal certificate from ABA‑approved program desired; CP or ACP designation preferred
7+ years of experience as a paralegal, including 3+ years in med tech, biotech, or life sciences
Experience with contract management systems, board portals, and healthcare regulations is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Support corporate governance, compliance, and legal filings
Manage contract database, support contract review and negotiation
Assist legal team with legal research, record management, and process improvement
Assist with board meeting preparation, manage board portal and maintain board minutes
Provide operational support including stock administration and intellectual property matters
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information professionally
