DC Plan Administrator - Build a Career Where You’re Truly Valued
If you’re an experienced DC plan administrator who loves solving puzzles, supporting clients, and working in a place where people—not call centers—drive the experience, you may have just found your next home.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the balance of technical work and client interaction, someone who likes being relied upon, and someone who wants to grow within an organization that invests in its team. Here, your expertise isn’t just appreciated—it’s needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will have variety, but your focus will center around helping small and midsized employers understand, maintain, and optimize their qualified plans. You’ll:
Prepare and review annual valuation reports and interpret plan documents with confidence. Review compliance and non-discrimination testing with accuracy and curiosity—ensuring plans stay on track and in good standing. Work through contribution calculations and plan illustrations that help clients make smart decisions. Build trusted relationships with clients, CPAs, advisors, and internal partners by providing clear, supportive guidance. Manage and track plan amendments to keep documentation tight and up to date. Collaborate with business development and onboarding staff on new plan proposals and technical questions.
This is a role where you’ll have ownership, variety, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact—not a position buried behind an endless workflow queue.
What You Bring
We’re excited to meet candidates who see themselves in several of these traits:
How You Work
You notice details that others might miss and take pride in accuracy. You’re comfortable identifying issues and offering practical solutions. You enjoy learning and teaching—retirement plans evolve constantly, and you like staying sharp. You care about how clients feel after they interact with you. You handle change well and are energized by environments that encourage growth and experimentation.
Your Background
At least two years of experience with small-plan DC administration. Familiarity with tools like PensionPro, ftwilliam, DATAIR, or similar systems. Professional designations (ASPPA, NIPA, etc.) or a genuine interest in working toward them. Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and referral partners. Proven success juggling multiple deadlines without losing your cool.
Why People Love Working Here
We believe great service can only come from a great environment. Here’s what you can expect:
Competitive base salary + bonus, aligned with your experience. Employer-paid health insurance, plus additional benefit options. Paid continuing education, including conferences and industry credentials. A generous PTO program starting at up to 16 days your first year—and increasing over time. Paid company holidays. A non-elective profit-sharing plan. A culture built around stability, independence, and work-life balance. A team that supports each other and avoids unnecessary “crunch time.”
In short: you can build a long-term career here without sacrificing your well being.
Where You’ll Work
Exceptional remote candidates are welcome to apply.
