What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Drive new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
Partner closely with recruiters to deliver top talent and close deals
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → closing → account growth
Hit and exceed weekly activity and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
0–5 years of experience (sales, recruiting, athletics, or competitive environments preferred)
Strong work ethic and high level of motivation
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
Resilient with a “hunter” mentality
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Uncapped commission
(high earning potential)
Hands‑on training and mentorship (90‑day ramp)
