About the Role: The Director will serve as a key strategic leader within the organization, responsible for overseeing and guiding multiple departments or a significant business unit to achieve operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. This role requires the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and resource optimization. The Director will be accountable for managing budgets, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. They will also act as a liaison between senior leadership and their teams, communicating priorities and facilitating decision‑making processes. Ultimately, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future by delivering measurable results and inspiring high‑performing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant industry or functional area.

Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering strategic initiatives.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related advanced degree.

Experience working in a matrixed or complex organizational structure.

Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation or innovation projects.

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Professional certifications related to leadership, project management, or the specific industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans that support the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage department heads or team leaders to ensure alignment and accountability.

Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and impact.

Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and risk mitigation.

Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

Represent the organization in external meetings, partnerships, and industry events as needed.
