Our client, a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), is on the lookout for a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to join our team!
Candidates must be skilled in Affiliate Marketing and TikTok Shop.
This role drives growth across TikTok Shop through creator partnerships, affiliate strategy, and community building. You’ll recruit and manage creators, optimize performance, and scale programs that deliver consistent content and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing network of TikTok Shop creators and affiliates
Manage day-to-day creator relationships, ensuring strong communication, consistent output, and brand alignment
Support creators with briefs, product education, and best practices to drive high-performing content
Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies in partnership with leadership
Analyze creator, affiliate, and sales performance to optimize programs and scale top performers
Manage TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) agencies, setting KPIs and improving efficiency and ROI
Support creator events, activations, and community-building initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Influencer, and Brand teams
Track, report, and share insights on performance, trends, and opportunities
Qualifications
2–4+ years in creator marketing, influencer management, or TikTok Shop affiliate programs
Hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop creators and driving affiliate performance
Experience with TAP agencies preferred
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform dynamics, and creator ecosystem
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Contract Details Contract type: Full‑Time
