Our client is hiring a Social Media Manager to support a portfolio of well-known ice cream and confectionery brands across TikTok, Instagram, and X. This role focuses on managing day-to-day social activity while contributing ideas that keep content culturally relevant and engaging.

This person will execute content calendars, coordinate assets, engage with online communities, and help ensure social channels remain active, consistent, and aligned with brand voice. The role partners closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and social-first initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who understands how consumer brands show up on social and can balance execution with trend awareness.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and X

Execute content calendars and ensure posts go live on schedule

Write captions aligned with brand voice and platform best practices

Engage with followers and respond to comments across social platforms

Coordinate with creative teams to gather and organize content assets

Identify trends and contribute ideas that support culturally relevant content

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across campaigns

Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance

Maintain organization across multiple brands and content streams

Support social-first campaigns and reactive content opportunities

Qualifications:

Experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands

Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content ecosystems

Experience executing content calendars and publishing workflows

Ability to write captions aligned with brand tone of voice

Experience collaborating with creative or marketing teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Strong understanding of internet culture and social trends

Experience working with food, beverage, CPG, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred

Agency or in-house brand experience preferred

Must Haves:

Experience managing social media for a consumer brand with an active online presence

Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content formats and trends

Experience executing content calendars and coordinating assets across teams

Experience engaging with online communities and responding to comments

Background supporting food, beverage, confectionery, CPG, lifestyle, or consumer brands

Ability to identify social trends and translate them into content opportunities

Comfortable working in structured environments with deadlines and multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of how brands maintain consistent voice across platforms

Experience supporting social-first campaigns or ongoing brand content initiatives
