Now Hiring: Apartment Leasing Consultant (Bilingual Required)
Are you energetic, people‑oriented, and ready to start or grow a career in property management? We’re looking for a bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our onsite team and help create an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Position Overview As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You’ll showcase our community, build relationships, and help turn prospects into happy residents. No prior leasing experience is required;
we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Experienced leasing professionals are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
Lease apartments and achieve monthly leasing goals
Conduct community tours and highlight amenities
Utilize social media platforms to market the property and engage prospects
Support resident relations and contribute to a positive community atmosphere
Work closely with the onsite team to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual required
(English/Spanish preferred)
Energetic, friendly, and customer‑service focused
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Social media savvy and comfortable using technology
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Leasing or sales experience is a
plus , but not required
