Job Summary TraXtion is seeking a Revenue Operations and Marketing Specialist to support our growing revenue organization. This role combines marketing operations, CRM management (HubSpot), and revenue analytics to help drive pipeline growth, improve marketing performance, and provide leadership with clear visibility into sales and revenue metrics. If you enjoy working with CRM systems, campaign performance data, and revenue reporting, this role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and revenue operation.
Responsibilities and Duties Marketing & Brand Execution
Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns supporting TraXtion products and services
Manage and execute LinkedIn marketing and social media initiatives
Create and deploy targeted email campaigns through HubSpot
Support product launches, messaging alignment, and brand consistency across marketing channels
Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance and marketing ROI
Revenue Operations & Reporting
Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM reporting dashboards for leads, pipeline, and revenue performance
Track key revenue metrics including MQL, SQL, pipeline velocity, and product mix performance
Support monthly forecasting and revenue reporting for leadership
Ensure CRM data hygiene and consistent use of sales processes
Provide reporting and analytics to the VP of Revenue and leadership team
Support campaign attribution and regional sales performance analysis
Assist with sales enablement and marketing‑to‑sales handoff processes
What You Bring Required:
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, revenue operations, or sales operations
Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience building dashboards, reports, and revenue analytics
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment
Preferred:
Experience supporting multiregion sales organizations
Experience working with marketing analytics and campaign attribution
SaaS, technology, or automotive industry experience
