Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA. As an Interior Designer at XLNC Exotic, you will be responsible for planning and organizing interior spaces, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with our high-quality standards for property renovations. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure all designs align with client requirements and project budgets while delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications
Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic interior layouts
Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings for designing and interpreting building plans
Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and coordination for high-quality finishes and furnishings
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus
Experience in high-end residential or hospitality design is highly desirable
