Position Summary The Director of Brand Operations will report to the VP of Brand Operations and drive operational excellence, with a focus on increasing same store revenue, enhancing franchise profitability, and optimizing the sales process. This role will collaborate Brand Marketing, Training & Experience, Retail, and Field Operations teams to ensure cohesive brand management and operational excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Field Support team (Regional Directors) to ensure studios are receiving guidance and support on following proper sales policies, pricing structures, and operational standards.

Collaborate with the Vice President of Brand Operations on developing and implementing a nationwide sales strategy to drive membership growth across the system. Identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Regularly support franchisees and studio management from a brand perspective in areas where brand expertise is necessary.

Develop best practices and playbooks for sales processes, lead conversion, customer retention, and operational efficiencies.

Collaborate with the marketing department to develop lead generation and promotional strategies that drive membership sign‑ups.

Tracks KPIs such as membership conversions, retention rates, and revenue per studio.

Support Franchise owners & studio performance by ensuring they have the tools and strategies to succeed in growing membership base total revenue.

Training GMs and sales teams on lead generation, sales process conversion, and retention best practices.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as membership sales, conversion rates, and revenue per member in order to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in brand operations, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or franchising industry, with direct oversight of multi‑unit sales and operations (U.S. and/or Canada preferred)

Proven track record of driving revenue growth, including Same Store Sales (SSS) and Average Unit Volume (AUV), through strategic planning and operational execution

Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams, including experience managing managers or supervisors and improving overall team performance

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Marketing, Training & Experience, and Field Operations to achieve business objectives

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, present to, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Highly analytical and data‑driven, with strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Experience developing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering insights and presentations to senior leadership

Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship management, conflict resolution, and issue management capabilities

Solid understanding of operational standards, policies, and business objectives within a multi‑unit or franchise environment

Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced organization

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred

Base Salary between $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year depending on experience
