The Role We’re looking for a talented Part‑Time Video Editor to join our team and help bring our clients’ brands to life through short‑form video content. You’ll work closely with our creative team to edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos that are polished, on‑brand, and built to perform. This is a part‑time, hourly position — but for the right person, there is a clear path to full‑time as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

Edit short‑form video & long form video content for a variety of clients

Add captions, motion graphics, music, and sound design that stop the scroll and drive engagement

Take raw footage and transform it into polished, platform‑ready, and innovative deliverables

Collaborate with our team to understand client brand guidelines and creative direction

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

Stay current on platform trends, formats, and best practices for short‑form content

Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver revisions in a timely manner

Who We’re Looking For

2–5 years of professional video editing experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut

A portfolio that demonstrates high‑quality short‑form social media content

Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm in short‑form video

Experience with motion graphics and basic animation

Self‑directed and able to work independently with minimal oversight

Strong communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback constructively

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality on every deliverable

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working at a marketing agency or managing multiple client brands

Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing

Knowledge of platform‑specific best practices for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Experience with Adobe Audition or similar audio tools

Compensation & Growth This role starts at $30–$42/hour based on experience, with consistent part‑time hours. We believe in growing talent from within — for the right person, this role has a genuine path to full‑time employment as our client roster expands.
