Salary Range:
$37,500 - $43,500 per year
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept through completion to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets.
Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and audio-visual providers.
Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists to manage event logistics effectively.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to guarantee a smooth operation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
