A day in the life As our
Risk Control Consultant
on the
Risk Management
team, you’ll deliver value‑added risk control services to assigned commercial clients in service territory or industry vertical. You’ll also assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business.
Our future colleague We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Five years of experience in a risk management consulting position either in private industry or an insurance company capacity or equivalent education and related training
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel in assigned territory including overnight on a regular basis
Problem‑solving ability and negotiating skills working with senior level client staff
Above average interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team‑based environment
Goal and result orientated
Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS‑CRMP, PTC Certificates, RMI, Fire Science degrees
Industry Experience 3‑7 Years, Technical Expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA regulations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risks to clients and internal colleagues

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $143,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
