Commercial Electrician – Louisa, VA ($100k-125k) Immediate need for an Electrical Construction Specialist with 7+ years in large-scale commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee electrical construction work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals

Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards

Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and installation

Manage subcontractors and support project scheduling and progress tracking

Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements

Maintain project documentation, reports, and inspection records

Requirements

7+ years of electrical construction experience (large commercial projects)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience managing subcontractors and project coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (10+ years)

Certifications such as PMP or CCM (preferred)

Data center or mission-critical project experience (preferred)
