The Opportunity As part of the Deals team you help improve financial performance and process effectiveness through working capital optimisation. In the Senior Associate role you analyse complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You work with a specialised team to provide data analysis, strategic insights and process improvement support throughout transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Enhance financial performance through strategic working capital optimisation.
Provide insightful data analysis and support for process improvements.
Collaborate with Private Equity and Corporate clients during transaction phases.
Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold standards.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business landscape.
Utilise critical thinking to address complex challenges.
Contribute to the team's strategic goals and objectives.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science.
3 years of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
Other related fields of study may be considered.
Experience advising clients on enhancing working capital.
Conducting thorough financial analysis and diagnostics.
Developing what‑if scenarios/models for performance impacts.
Implementing improvement programs within Order to Cash.
Supporting due diligence processes for working capital.
Monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management.
Working with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
