Permanent Company Overview One of the largest vape distributors in the UK, supplying over 10,000 accounts with 12,000 skus in the UK. We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. The company has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. Role Overview Field-based sales role covering the convenience retail sector, with daily visits to independent stores and national or regional chains to drive sales and build strong relationships. Responsible for winning new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring strong in-store presence through effective pitching, promotions, and merchandising. Managing your own territory, planning visits, and identifying opportunities to grow performance across your patch. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with retail customers. Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues. Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions. Driver’s licence necessary to be on the road seeing customers and stores. Retail sales: 3 years (required).
