Lost Mountain Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking the man God has called to fill our lead pastor position. LMBC is a multigenerational, elder-led church with an active deacon ministry. As the spiritual leader of the Church, the lead pastor shall exercise direct oversight and leadership of the ministries and staff of the Church. His ministry will include preaching, teaching, leadership of the staff, stewardship of the church resources, pastoral care of the church family’s ministry needs and establishing a culture of evangelism and discipleship. https://lmbc.us
