Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a B2B Social Manager to support hands‑on execution of paid and organic social marketing for B2B audiences. This role is focused on tactical, channel‑level social execution. You must understand how messaging, content, and creative need to adapt for social platforms when marketing to small‑and mid‑size businesses, rather than consumer audiences. This person will manage social programs end‑to‑end, working closely with creative, brand, and performance partners. Build and manage social media content calendars aligned to campaigns, messaging, and business priorities, translating core messaging into platform‑appropriate social content plans without designing assets. As well as write clear, actionable creative briefs for internal studio teams or agency partners and execute both paid and organic social campaigns. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $60-$65hr.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Marketing Manager

Strong hands‑on experience managing paid and organic social

Deep understanding of social platforms in a B2B context

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube

Experience building and managing social content calendars

Ability to write effective creative briefs for social content

Hootsuite experience

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Experience working within a large brand or in‑house creative environment

Background supporting B2B campaigns during periods of change or growth
