
Full-Time Leasing Consultant

What You’ll Do: Sales & Leasing
Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset
Resident Experience
Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals
Community Operations Support
Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
Support office presentation and model readiness
Assist in performance of annual turn process
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
Assist with market serveys as needed
Perform various administrative tasks
Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.
What You’ll Need:
Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
