Job Title: Production Technical Designer
Reporting to: Creative Director
Seeking a
Production Technical Designer
to support all brands within the portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring garments meet fit, quality, and production standards from development through final production.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams across all brands
Create and maintain detailed technical packages (tech packs) for women’s apparel
Ensure accurate garment fit, construction, and specifications throughout production
Review samples, provide fit comments, and communicate corrections to vendors
Track and manage production timelines to meet deadlines
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production issues
Qualifications
Proven experience in production technical design for women’s apparel
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Salary $100,000-$110,000
