What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner

Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively

Document and process customer claims in appropriate systemsUtilize technology for account management tasks and stay updated on training material

Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Experience with data entry and computer applications

Ability to type at least 20 words per minute

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
