Rockville, Maryland | Hybrid (34 days on-site) | Full-time | $150,000 $170,000 base About the Organization The Center for Innovative GYN Care (CIGC), Innovations Surgery Center (ISC), and Visionary ASC form a physician-led surgical platform specializing in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. CIGC has performed more than 15,000 minimally invasive gynecologic procedures since 2013. ISC and Visionary ASC are freestanding ASCs among the very few in the U.S. offering robotic gynecologic surgery outside a hospital setting, each equipped with the DaVinci Xi. The platform is also launching National GYN Specialists (NGynS), a nationwide network connecting patients with fellowship-trained gynecologic surgeons. The Role We are seeking a Director of Patient Acquisition and Growth to own marketing execution and patient acquisition across our surgical platform. This is a hands-on growth role not a brand or communications position. You will drive measurable increases in surgical consult volume through digital strategy, funnel optimization, and channel performance, working directly with physician leadership. This Role Is NOT For You If: Your background is hospital or health system marketing (brand, community outreach, physician relations) You are currently running an agency or consulting practice You cannot point to direct, measurable impact on patient acquisition or consult volume Required Background Candidates must have direct healthcare marketing experience in specialty surgical or medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers, fertility/cosmetic surgery/orthopedic/spine practices, multi-location specialty clinics, or healthcare patient acquisition platforms. Applications without this background will not be reviewed. Key Responsibilities Patient Acquisition: Own SEO, paid search, digital advertising, and patient education content to grow consult volume. Manage reputation and review platforms. Funnel Performance: Track and optimize the full patient journey (lead ? consult scheduled ? show rate ? consult-to-surgery conversion). Report regularly on channel performance. Digital Operations: Manage digital presence across CIGC, ISC, Visionary ASC, and NGynS. Oversee marketing vendors and agency partners with full accountability for results. Physician Network: Support NGynS growth with marketing strategies targeting fellowship-trained gynecologic surgeons. Required Qualifications 7+ years marketing experience, minimum 4 years in healthcare patient acquisition Demonstrated track record growing consult volume at a specialty practice or surgical group Proficiency in SEO, paid search, Google Analytics, and CRM/funnel tracking Experience working directly with physicians or clinical leadership Strong analytical skills performance is measured by numbers, not activity Located in or willing to relocate to the Washington DC / Maryland region Compensation Base salary: $150,000 $170,000 Performance bonus tied to consult volume and conversion metrics Comprehensive benefits Full-time, direct employment only.
