Position Information: The Thomas Automotive Sales and Finance Client Advisor (CA) is a dynamic professional salesperson who is directly responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. The CA assists guests with new and pre-owned automotive inquiries, vehicle warranty and financial products, and the coordination of vehicle maintenance from Thomas. The CA works as part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service by building trust and confidence with all of our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet every customer, every day
Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
Monitor Objectives to Goal Daily
Perform Training as needed daily
Conduct necessary tasks to achieve goal
Determine Appointments needed to achieve goal
Perform necessary outgoing activity to set desired appointments
Follow up with set appointments to confirm show
Log all activity in CRM
Complete all OEM Training as Required by OEM
Complete all CRM Training as scheduled by CEM
Complete all Sales Training Daily
Maintain Thomas Certification
Maintain education on all products offered
Perform Role Plays daily on products
Review Objections/ Overcoming objections
Determine Value Builds in Products
Complete all necessary documentation
Provide CEM with all pertinent information
Complete all ancillary enrollments/documentations
Complete Deal Documentation Checklist for every deal
Monitor CSI Results Daily
Arrange training on CSI Results
Review/Monitor Training Results
Assist with improving customer retention
Provide customer introduction to service every time
Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements:
Qualifications: High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid in-state driver's license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Will need to obtain state vehicle sales license.
Working Conditions: Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift. Will spend time outdoors showing vehicles to prospective customers and to drive vehicles in traffic during test drives. Evening, holiday and weekend, and extended work hours will be required. May need to travel to Thomas Dealerships.
