$100,000 – $150,000+ (Base + Aggressive Performance Pay) Sky Auto Group is growing—and we’re looking for a Used Car Manager who knows how to WIN. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. This is a
hands-on, numbers-driven, inventory-obsessed position
for someone who understands how to acquire the right cars, price them to market, and turn inventory FAST. If you live in VAuto, watch your aging like a hawk, and take pride in grosses and turn—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Own:
Full responsibility for
used car department performance Aggressive
inventory acquisition
(auctions, trades, street buys) Pricing strategy using real-time market data (VAuto, etc.) Managing
inventory turn, aging, and profitability Partnering with sales managers to maximize every opportunity Desk deals and support the sales floor when needed Ensuring strong online merchandising (photos, pricing, descriptions) Daily accountability to KPIs and performance metrics What It Takes to Succeed Here:
Proven success as a
Used Car Manager or top-performing Assistant Strong understanding of
market-based pricing & inventory strategy Ability to move quickly and make confident buying decisions Track record of
driving volume AND gross High energy, competitive mindset, and no-excuses attitude Experience with tools like V Auto, Dealer track, appraisal systems Why Sky Auto Group:
