Key Responsibilities
The Hunt:
Identify and qualify leads through high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and boots-on-the-ground territory mapping.
Meeting Mastery:
Secure and lead a consistent number of weekly face-to-face or virtual meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Consultative Selling:
Analyze client pain points and present tailored staffing solutions (Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Strategic Payroll).
Relationship Management:
Act as a dedicated consultant for your accounts, ensuring service levels are met and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Metric Driven:
Maintain a high level of activity—following specific KPIs for calls, meetings, and submittals to ensure you hit and exceed your quarterly revenue quotas.
What You Bring to the Team
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience:
Proven track record in a sales-heavy role, specifically with experience in
lead qualification
and
metric-based performance .
Grit:
You view "no" as a detour, not a dead end. You are comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-ups.
Independence:
Since this is a hybrid/field role, you must be a self-starter who can manage a calendar effectively without being micro-managed.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
