
Business Development / Sales (Immigration Law Firm)

We are a fast-growing immigration-focused legal team working on cases such as H1B, L1, O1, NIW, and EB1.
Our clients include international students, working professionals, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.
We are looking for someone who can
own conversations with clients and drive deals forward
— not just respond to inquiries.
What you’ll be doing:
Speak with potential clients and understand their situation
Guide them through options and move them toward a decision
Convert qualified leads into signed clients
Build and manage your own channels (referrals, partnerships, communities, etc.)
Maintain relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
Work closely with attorneys to ensure a smooth onboarding process
What we care about:
Strong communication skills and good judgment
Able to read people and adjust your approach
Comfortable leading conversations and moving things forward
Self-driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Has their own way of selling (not script-dependent)
Nice to have:
Background in immigration, education, consulting, or high-ticket sales
Familiar with Chinese or international communities
Mandarin is a plus
Compensation:
Base + commission (uncapped)
Strong earning potential based on performance
Work style:
Remote-friendly (NYC area preferred)
