Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing and managing immigration cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in document management systems, and the ability to conduct thorough legal research. Duties
Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents for H1B, L1, E2, working visas and EB1, EB2, EB3, EB5 employment based immigration petitions. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Colleting and review documents from clients to support their applications; Translate Chinese documents into English; Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their cases while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines. Requirements
Experience as an immigration legal assistant is preferred Willing to train qualified new graduates; Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
