Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Paralegal position based in St. Paul, MN, specializing in employment-based immigration cases. The paralegal will assist in preparing and filing visa petitions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable immigration laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing client information, managing deadlines, maintaining case files, and providing support to attorneys in preparing for cases. The role requires interaction with clients to address their questions and guide them throughout the application process.
Qualifications
3 years experience working as an immigration paralegal on employment-based cases including H-1B, Labor Certification, and I-140 petitions
Strong foundational knowledge of Immigration Law and relevant legal regulations
Proficiency in preparing legal documents with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred; equivalent experience considered
