Act as a trusted partner in monitoring and validating automation performance and AI outputs; Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking automation KPIs (accuracy, exception rate, SLA); Define and govern KPI frameworks for automation and AI validation (e.g., precision, recall, confidence thresholds); Validate AI outputs (e.g., extraction accuracy, confidence scoring, field-level correctness) and ensure trust in automation; Analyze performance trends, anomalies, and exception drivers, providing clear root cause insights; Collaborate with Automation, Product Owner, and Data teams to improve automation quality and performance; Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks across automation processes; Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions and continuous improvement. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; Have 3 years of experience in analytics, performance monitoring, or AI/automation-related roles; Possess strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling; Understand AI validation concepts, including precision, recall, confidence scoring, and model evaluation; Have experience working with data pipelines and integrated data environments; Are experienced in data validation, data quality assurance, or AI model evaluation; Demonstrate a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; Can translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights; Excel at stakeholder communication and storytelling with data.
