Staff and team management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of property managers and on-site staff, which includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Financial management: Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, oversee rent collection, and ensure all expenses are handled cost-effectively.

Operations and maintenance: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair work to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all codes and regulations. This also includes managing capital improvement projects.

Tenant relations: Develop and implement customer service strategies, oversee tenant communications, and handle tenant complaints and disputes.

Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.

Vendor management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Reporting: Prepare reports for property owners on the financial and operational status of the portfolio.
