We are seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with strong communication and leadership skills who can manage both tenant relationships and property operations efficiently. The Property Manager will ensure that properties are maintained to high standards, occupancy is maximized, and tenants receive excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Manage tenant applications, leases, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and reporting
Implement and enforce property policies, rules, and regulations
Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to reduce vacancies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations
