This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract corporate clients. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting hotel revenue targets. Essential Functions: Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events. Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market Attain personal booking goals and monitor production compliance Secure a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiate profitable sales Manage familiarization trips and site visits to nurture new business and highlight the unique features of the Resort. Solicit new business by resourcefully expanding account base; identifying and developing new markets; creating and executing innovative plans Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into bookings through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Serve as part of a broader sales network and organization: Be open to learn and follow team strategy Participate in trade shows and community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and the achievement of sales and revenue goals. Attend important business networking events Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong organization and negotiation skills and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment Attend internal and external meetings & events as required Strong relationship building and communication skills along with a focus on exceptional customer service skills.
