About the Director of National Accounts position

We’re looking for a new Director of National Accounts to focus on managing, retaining, and growing high-value corporate and group accounts to maximize revenue by leading sales strategies, managing relationship portfolios, and communicating specifications to the hotel operational team to ensure incredible guest experiences.

A little taste of your day-to‑day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Driving sales, increasing market share, and implementing sales strategies designed for business growth.

Building and nurturing relationships with current clients to maximize spending.

Utilizing financial analysis, market data, and trend reports to identify opportunities and enhance performance.

Focusing on key corporate, group, and association accounts.

What we need from you

3+ years in sales/account management within luxury hospitality or related fields

Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder account relationships

Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for multi‑year revenue growth

Strong financial acumen in managing large pipelines and revenue forecasting

Advanced negotiation skills for complex service agreements

Executive presence to engage senior‑level stakeholders effectively

Candidate must have proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others

The salary range for this role is

$90,000.00 to $103,000.00 . This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
