Ford Service Advisor
Suntrup Auto is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Ford Service Advisor to join our team in St Louis, MO. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will work closely with technicians to schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders efficiently.
Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repair costs, and timelines.
Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.
Stay up to date with manufacturer required training.
Requirements
Xtime and CDK experience preferred.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with Ford vehicles and service processes is a plus.
Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits
Competitive compensation ranging from $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
