Our team and products have been recognized with dozens of awards, including the Financial Times ranking Cover Genius as the #1 fastest growing company in APAC in 2020. Our diverse team across 20+ countries commits to cultural programs such as “CG Gives,” which makes social entrepreneurs out of us all and funds development initiatives in global communities. Our People are Bold, Authentic, Purposeful and Inspired. Our People are not Perfect, Traditional, Complacent or Cautious.
What You’ll Do
Master the Art of Copywriting: You’ll be the voice of our brand across our website, email campaigns, and social channels. You’ll turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling copy that resonates with our audience.
Act as a Creative Project Manager: You’ll be the bridge between the idea and the asset. You’ll work closely with designers to brief creative work, manage timelines, and ensure our visual and written content is perfectly aligned.
Support Strategic Event Research: You will help us identify where we need to be. You’ll research industry events, conferences, and speaking opportunities, evaluating them based on our target audience and GTM goals to help leadership decide where to invest our presence.
Enable Sales & Product Teams: You’ll create the ammunition our teams need to win. This includes building high‑impact pitch decks, product marketing materials, and internal enablement guides that help our commercial teams close deals.
Execute Full Funnel Campaigns: You won’t just write, you’ll learn how content drives growth. You’ll support the Business Operations team in tracking how our content performs and how it feeds into our broader Go‑to‑Market strategy.
Operational Rigor: You’ll help manage our content calendar and asset library, ensuring that every team across the company has access to the most up‑to‑date and effective marketing materials.
What You’ll Get
Strategic Marketing Training: Because you will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you won’t just learn how to write; you’ll understand how content impacts the sales pipeline and how to use data to improve your creative output.
Portfolio Building: You will have tangible ownership over website copy, major campaigns, and sales decks used by our executive team, giving you a massive head start in your creative career.
Launch Your Career: This role is the perfect foundation for anyone looking to go into Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Creative Operations.
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field, available for a 4‑8 month internship.
A Natural Storyteller: You have a gift for words and a sharp eye for detail. You can adapt your tone of voice to suit different audiences and platforms.
Highly Organized Project Manager: You love a good to‑do list. You can juggle multiple deadlines and feel comfortable coordinating with designers and stakeholders to get projects over the finish line.
Visually Minded: While you don’t need to be a designer, you have an eye for “what looks good” and can give constructive feedback on deck layouts and graphics.
Curious & Proactive: You want to understand the “why” behind the “what.” You’re interested in learning how marketing fits into the bigger GTM picture.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, HubSpot, or Google Slides is a major plus.
