Job Description Caesars Entertainment’s internal creative agency, The Source, is seeking a skilled and creatively driven Video Editor to join our post‑production team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, ACD, and cross‑functional creatives to craft compelling, high‑quality content across multiple Caesars brands. This position is ideal for an editor who is not only technically strong, but also brings a point of view, someone who cares about pacing, storytelling, music, and the emotional impact of the final piece. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and is excited to contribute ideas that elevate the work beyond the brief. Responsibilities Edit video content across a variety of formats, including broadcast, digital, and social Collaborate with creative leads to shape edits and refine storytelling Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Interpret scripts and briefs while adding creative input Contribute to music selection, pacing, and tone Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders Execute revisions efficiently Maintain organized project files and workflows Share ideas and best practicesStay current with emerging tools and technologies Qualifications 3+ years of professional video editing experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud A portfolio demonstrating storytelling and creative range Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail‑oriented with solid organizational habits Additional Requirements (preferred) Agency or brand experience Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) Interest in AI‑assisted workflows About Us At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
