We are building a platform that defines the post-acute care category, supported by strong industry partnerships and rapid market traction. The Role We are hiring a revenue-driven Field Marketing Manager who operates at the intersection of events, growth, and pipeline generation . This is not an event coordinator role. You will own a field marketing strategy end-to-end—from conference selection and execution to HubSpot infrastructure and revenue attribution. Every initiative you run should map directly to the pipeline and measurable business impact. You will also serve as a public-facing representative of Exponential , engaging healthcare operators, executives, and partners at live events. Your presence should reinforce trust, clarity, and category leadership. Travel is required for key industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic activations. Key Responsibilities Field Marketing & Conference Strategy Own conference strategy, selection, budgeting, and execution Design high-impact booth experiences and attendee engagement strategies Lead vendors, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution Represent Exponential in live environments with confidence and credibility Align every event with target accounts, pipeline goals, and revenue outcomes Growth, HubSpot & Campaign Execution Own HubSpot architecture for field marketing, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, routing, and attribution Ensure clean CRM hygiene and accurate tracking from first touch to closed-won revenue Translate event engagement into multi-channel follow-up across email, paid, and outbound Build integrated campaigns that extend beyond the conference floor Partner closely with Sales on account-based and territory-driven initiatives Track and report on pipeline influenced, revenue generated, CPL, and ROI Deliver clear post-event insights and optimization strategies Qualifications 4+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing Proven track record of owning pipeline or revenue impact, not just execution Strong ability to operate both strategically and tactically Experience engaging customers or prospects in live, high-stakes environments Background in healthcare or healthcare SaaS is a plus Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment Strong communication and executive presence What Success Looks Like Conferences consistently generate qualified pipeline and revenue HubSpot systems are clean, automated, and revenue-aligned Every activation has clear attribution and measurable ROI Strong alignment between Marketing and Sales Exponential shows up at events as a category leader, not a vendor Why Join Exponential Competitive base salary + commission Equity in a high-growth startup Direct access to experienced founders and GTM leadership Remote-first flexibility The opportunity to meaningfully improve healthcare operations and patient flow If this role sounds like a fit, reach out directly at jasmine@exponentialplatform.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
