Job Description
An Automotive Account Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting our Account Managers in our Automotive Account Services division. They will work closely with the Account Managers and internal teams to ensure client success.
Job Responsibilities
SALES OPTIMIZATION AUDITS- Completing various audits such as:
Mystery Shops: Submitting test leads to our client to evaluate how we compare to their competitors
Call Audits: Listening and evaluating the effectiveness of the lead handling process.
CRM Audits: Auditing leads and sales in the CRM to ensure client goals are met
Merchandising Audits: Analyzing client’s website compare to competitors to make sure client’s website is merchandised well and meeting standards
Daily CRM Audits: Send daily reports to select clients
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Management of TaskIQ for assigned accounts (Working directly with AM)
Assist Account Managers with mid and end of month reporting as needed.
Weekly monitoring of client KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rate, impression share, etc.
Export sales data from client CRM and accurately enter into the client portal.
Attend client meetings with Account Manager
GA4 Audits and evaluate top / worst performing sources
ONGOING TRAINING + DEVELOPMENT
Develop a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry and its sales processes.
Participate in company training related to our current products and services (SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, DV, CTV/OTT, Creative).
Maintain current Google Analytics Certification, Google Mobile Certification, and Google AdWords Certifications at all times.
Other Duties may be assigned related to the position
Job Requirements
Bachelors of Science in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Mass Communications or relevant experience
At least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience with an understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, CTV, etc)
Experience analyzing and summarizing data
Organized with ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
