We’re partnering with a leading insurance company to find a talented Art Director for Events to support a dynamic creative team. This Hybrid 3 month contract role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for experiential design and a background in shaping innovative event experiences.

This Hybrid role can be worked from the company's offices in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or St. Louis.
Art Director Responsibilities:
Lead creative development for a diverse portfolio of events and trade shows, ensuring innovative and memorable design solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that align with business objectives.
Facilitate ideation sessions, mentor team members, and contribute to award-winning creative efforts.
Present clear, persuasive concepts to stakeholders to secure buy-in and guide project success.
Work closely with graphic designers, motion graphic artists, videographers, and content strategists to produce cohesive visual content across multiple event platforms.
Art Director Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience as an Art Director.
8-10 years of experience in event-related art direction and design.
Demonstrable knowledge of industry practices, digital trends, and innovative technologies
Advanced conceptual thinking, design skills, and the ability to critique and refine creative ideas.
Proven ability to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and persuade clients to follow compelling design directions.
