Your Responsibilities Canvass neighborhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy Assist customers through the enrollment process Meet performance goals and contribute to team success Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards Train, mentor, and hold reps accountable while fostering a competitive, goal-driven culture. Compensation & Growth $36,000-$96,000+ per year (Base pay + commission + bonuses) Leadership bonuses and performance incentives Fast-track path to Senior Leadership — top leaders earn well above OTE Schedule & Location Monday - Friday | 1100 AM - 800 PM Weekends Optional Field-based leadership role - Newark, NJ Who We’re Looking For 1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred not required Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Ability to train, motivate, and hold others accountable Strong communication and closing skills High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required) Must be 18 years of age or older Ready to Lead?
