Full time, permanent Position. Salary up to $150K. Location: Los Angeles. The role is Executive Assistant to the CEO of a well-known toy company. The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, providing administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Organize and prioritize incoming communications.

Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences to ensure seamless operations.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with project management and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

High level of discretion and integrity.
