to join our team this summer.

Role Overview This is a
remote internship
(NYC and Long Island-based candidates preferred). You’ll work directly with our acquisitions team to help source deals, build our property pipeline, and support underwriting efforts.
This is primarily a
commission-based opportunity
— interns will earn an
acquisition fee for any deal they help source that successfully closes .
Key Responsibilities
Source off‑market real estate opportunities through
cold calling, outreach, and research
Build and maintain a
database of target properties and owners
Assist in
deal sourcing strategies and pipeline tracking
Support underwriting efforts and learn financial analysis techniques
Help prepare
investment memos and deal summaries
Conduct market and comparable property research
Attend site visits (if location is reasonably accessible)
Qualifications
In the process of completing a four‑year college degree
Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability. Prior coursework in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, and/or Management preferred
Comfortable with outreach / cold calling
Self‑starter with a track record of initiative and follow‑through
Organized with strong attention to detail: able to think critically about deals and spot inconsistencies or gaps in information
Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint (real estate financial modeling experience preferred, but not required)
Bonus
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code & Claude Cowork
Experience building systems, automations, or workflows
