Founder's Office - Product & Growth Intern Location: Bay Area Reporting to: Founder & CEO Company: Adopt AI About Adopt Adopt is building the agentic execution layer for enterprise software - turning any application (including legacy and non-API systems) into reliable, executable actions that AI agents can use to automate real business workflows end-to-end. We focus on the “other 80%” of enterprise software - systems without APIs, deeply embedded workflows, and operational complexity- where most AI agents and automation tools break. We’re working with large enterprises to move from copilots to real execution. The Role This is a Founder’s Office role for someone who lives and breathes AI. You will operate at the intersection of AI research, product strategy, and real-world customer problems. This is not a typical internship. This is a 0→1 builder role. You will take emerging ideas → working prototypes → production impact. What You’ll Do You will act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI and real enterprise use cases. 1. Track and Synthesize the AI Frontier Continuously track: Latest research papers Open-source repos and frameworks Funding and startup activity Filter signal from noise and answer: What actually matters for our product and customers? Turn insights into: Internal briefs Product ideas 2. Work Directly with Customers Join customer calls with enterprise teams: Go beyond stated requirements Understand real workflows, constraints, and friction Identify : Where agents break today Where execution actually matters Translate customer pain into: 3. Turn Ideas into Product Prototypes Rapidly convert ideas into: Work closely with engineering to: Vibe-code prototypes Iterate based on feedback Move fast from: 4. Influence Product Strategy Work directly with the CEO and product team to: Shape roadmap priorities Define new product directions Challenge assumptions with real data and insights Be a forcing function for: Speed Clarity Customer-centric thinking Help evolve the product from: Think deeply about: Execution reliability State management Cross-system orchestration What This Role Is Not Not a research-only role Not a passive internship Not a “shadow and observe” role You will build, ship, and influence real product decisions.
