
Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
Maintain accurate records and files (digital and/or paper)
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files upon request
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Follow data privacy and security policies at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment:
Office or remote setting depending on company needs
May require extended periods of sitting and computer use
