Kid's Activities Leader
Kid's Activities Leaders work with children, ages 4-10, in the Osthoff Kid's Club program, which offers children a chance to enjoy the surroundings and traditions of a Wisconsin resort. This role leads games, crafts, outdoor/water activities, cooking activities and more, while ensuring a fun, inclusive, and well-supervised environment. Duties and Responsibilities
Lead small groups of children in a variety of activities: Activities include arts and crafts, tie-dying t-shirts, decorating cupcakes/cookies, learning to kayak/paddleboard, fishing, cooking classes, movie nights, etc. Supervise children aged 4-10 in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment Adapt activities to different age groups and abilities Enforce safety rules and behavioral expectations in a positive, professional manner Interact with kids and parents in a friendly, professional manner Assist with setting up, cleaning, and organizing activity areas Prepare materials and supplies in advance Work closely with other Kid's Activity Leaders and other resort team members to create a seamless guest experience Qualifications
Strong customer/guest service skills Experience working with children is a plus Experience with paddle watersports like kayaking and paddleboarding a plus Experience with fishing a plus Must be comfortable handling fish, worms, and hooks Ability to work both inside and outside Enthusiastic, patient, and energetic personality Strong leadership skills Must be able to work independently Must have weekend, evening, and holiday availability Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment Passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for children and their families Why Join The Osthoff Resort & Spa as a Seasonal Team Member?
