Activities Director
to plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational programs for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys being active, and thrives in a dynamic, outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of daily and weekly activities for our guests of all ages
Lead group activities such as games, crafts, events, and outdoor recreation
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children and families
Maintain activity schedules and ensure events run on time
Coordinate supplies, set up, and clean up for activities
Communicate clearly with guests and team members
Adapt activities based on group size, weather, and guest needs

Requirements
Must pass background check
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Passion for working with children and leading group activities
Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or even planning is a plus
